RESERVATIONS | Appointments are recommended. As a courtesy, confirmation calls are made the day before your service. Multiple appointments may require a credit card to secure your reservation.
ARRIVAL TIME | Your arrival time will determine the length of your treatment time, which will end as scheduled so that our next guest’s appointment may start on time. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to all spa services so you may change and relax in our sanctuary before treatment begins.
CANCELLATION POLICY | We appreciate 24-hour notice for single services. For multiple services or spa reservations, you must cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment; otherwise, 50% of the full cost may be charged.
CELL PHONES | For the comfort and relaxation of all our guests, we ask that you turn off your cell phone while in the salon & spa. If you choose to take a call, your service may be ended at the service provider’s discretion.
CHILDREN | This is your time to relax. We kindly ask that children do not accompany you to the salon or spa unless they are scheduled for an appointment. Children under the age of 12 are NOT permitted in the spa.
GIFT CARDS | Gift cards are not refundable, redeemable for cash, or replaceable if lost or stolen. Gift cards are transferable.
GRATUITY | Gratuities are not included in our service prices. For your convenience, we accept gratuity payments in the form of cash, check, or credit/debit cards at the time of check-out.
GROUPS | Salon del Sol is pleased to host group events. Many events, including birthday parties, bridal parties, and social gatherings, can be organized for your group. Please reserve your date as far ahead as possible so that we can accommodate your desired services.
PERSONAL ARTICLES | We regret we cannot be responsible for damage or loss of personal articles. Please keep all valuable items with you during your appointment. For the protection of your clothing, we ask that you wear the provided robe or smock.
For Your Comfort | We request you disclose any medical conditions and/or prescription medications you are taking, as they may have adverse reactions or side effects to certain techniques or treatments. In keeping with our commitment to cleanliness, safety, and hygiene, we sterilize and sanitize equipment for all services and treatments. |
